Customer had a blocked line going to their septic which caused back up in their basement. We snaked and camera the line to determine it was a failing clay line. Customer chose to replace. We dug up the old clay line and replaced with sch 40 pvc all the way to tank and added clean outs for easy servicing in the future.
Septic Line Emergency
We built up a flat area to start this project. Installed custom garden boxes. Each garden box was filled with stone for drainage, then quality soil for growing a garden. We installed a fence with chicken wire all the way to the ground to keep out deer and other animals. Again, we used weed mat under all stone installations to prevent weeds and the mat actually makes the gravel last longer as it prevents the gravel from sinking into the dirt and disappearing over time.
Raised Garden Installation
Pond edges were soft and eroding. Along with a stone liner being more aesthetically pleasing, it prevents erosion. After excavating a "stone shelf" around the entire pond, we applied a woven weed barrier before installing our stone around the pond. The weed barrier will significantly reduce the amount of aquatic weed killer that will need to be used to manage weed growth in the stone liner. This is what sets us apart from most excavators. We like to sell a product that has low maintenance and longevity.
